1Introduction

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on 7778. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created to circumvent a previous suspension or to claim a bonus multiple times — are strictly prohibited and will be closed immediately. Any funds in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3Account Management

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your 7778 account. Your login credentials — username and password — must be kept confidential at all times. 7778 will never contact you to ask for your password by any channel including email, live chat or phone.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 7778 customer support immediately. We will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion timeline. Some bonuses are credited immediately upon qualifying deposit; others may require a manual claim.

6Betting Rules

The Bet section of 7778 covers sports including Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODI and Test matches, Football, Esports (CS2, Dota 2, Valorant, PUBG Mobile) and other markets. The following general betting rules apply across all sports and markets:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds locked in at confirmation are the final odds for that bet.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player unless a cash-out option is explicitly available for that market and the player uses it within the permitted window.
• 7778 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was affected by a technical error, incorrect odds feed, or manifest data error. In such cases the full stake is returned to the player's account.
• Live in-play bets on cricket — including ball-by-ball markets such as next over runs, wicket in current over and current partnership total — are subject to a short acceptance delay. This is normal and does not indicate any issue with your connection.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed within the bet slip and may vary by market, event and account history.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or reduced in overs, specific sport-by-sport rules apply. These are detailed within the betting rules section accessible from the Bet page.
• 7778 may impose stake restrictions or decline bets at its discretion, particularly where there is reason to suspect unusual betting patterns or match integrity concerns.

Cricket betting on 7778 follows ICC match status rules for determining official results. A T20 match must complete the minimum required overs for a result to stand. PSL matches follow PSL/PCB official match results as the final arbiter.

7Casino & Slots

The Casino and Slots sections of 7778 offer live dealer games, RNG table games and slot titles from a range of established game developers. The following rules apply to all casino and slots gameplay:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) where applicable, or professionally managed live dealer tables. Game outcomes are not influenced by 7778 beyond what is stated in each game's paytable and rules.
• Live dealer game results are final once the round has concluded. Any technical disconnection on the player's side during a live game does not void the round — the result stands as determined by the dealer table.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7778 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household or device.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during verification.
• Using another person's payment method or identity to fund an account.

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform without explicit written permission from 7778.

• Colluding with other players, particularly in live poker or casino games where player-versus-player dynamics exist.
• Attempting to launder funds through 7778 by depositing and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.
• Any behaviour that is abusive, threatening or harassing toward 7778 staff or other players via any communication channel.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the 7778 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, data, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the property of 7778 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 7778 platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Use 7778's trademarks, logos or brand identity in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, 7778 shall not be liable for:
